The injector is mainly composed of valve body, needle valve, return spring, armature, electromagnetic coil, inlet filter, wire harness plug and other parts.

Installation Instructions:
1. Replace damaged seal rings, sealing rings and injector O-rings, and apply lubricating oil on the injector O-ring.
2. Install the injector into the fuel rail and install the upper clip.
3. Install the injector bracket onto the fuel distribution pipe.
4. Insert the injector into the cylinder head inward, install the fuel distribution pipe onto the intake manifold, and tighten the bolts with 10N·m torque.
5. Install the vacuum pipe on the fuel pressure regulator.
6. Install and tighten the fuel pipe. Tighten the union nut.
7. Install the speed control valve and connecting body, and tighten the bolts with 10N·m torque.
8. Install the injector connector and connect the control connector.
