You may need our “03” style turbine housing that accepts the larger 72.5×66.5mm turbine wheel and 15mm vanes depending on the core you are building.
Fits: 2003-2007 F250, F350, F450, F550 and Excursions. Also 2005-2010 E-Series Vans with the 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engine.
We strongly suggest fully rebuilding your turbo (new seals, bearings, oil supply & drain tubes) while you have it out. We only offer warranties on our full rebuild kits.
